It’s been almost 30 days since I started Lifetime’s 90 Day Challenge (again) to get disciplined and meet my fitness goals. Some of you may know that I successfully lost 20 lbs last year in this challenge, but this time around it’s more about sculpting (replacing fat with muscle) than it is about losing weight. I also have a shot at winning $10,000 - last time I came in top 5 at my gym!
Right now I rank #2 at my gym and 14 nationally for change in body fat percentage! Go Lonza!!! If I win, I will show you my before and after. - Warning: Body under construction! #Tip: It’s true. When you eat healthy, you have to actually eat more and more often. I am never hungry. Also, strength training is key.
