About Rebecca: With over 15 years of experience doing hair and makeup up & down the Front Range, Rebecca Jay is an artist dedicated to her craft. Her experience includes working with runway models on fashion shows, and working closely with photographers to design a range of shoots from high-fashion to artistic conceptual. She has experience in television and music video productions featuring Denver’s hottest bands and musicians. Rebecca was also featured in a documentary highlighting Denver’s fashion scene. Her talents are highly sought after in the ever-expanding Denver fashion industry. You may have seen Rebecca Jay’s work on the Runways of: Toys for Tots benefit show Dec 2011; Rock the Runway: Wings Over the Rockies 2012; Circle of Latina Leadership Annual Gala May 2012; Santé Fe by Design at Hangar 41 May 2012; Rock the Runway April 2013; and was named Co-Lead Makeup Artist for Runway Reverence April 2013. She has also been featured in the pages of Westword, FLAIR Magazine, 303 Magazine, and Eco-Bride. Rebecca has long worked closely with designers such as Gabriela Martinez of Gabriela Designs, Frances D. Roces of Kimono Dragons, and Lisa Helm of Lisa Wear. She also volunteers her time to mentoring tomorrow’s emerging artists, giving them exposure to the hands-on experience necessary in the industry.
